Church Lay Leadership
Our lay leadership is key in directing the church and serving the greater body and community. Leadership is comprised of various administrative committees, whose chair and contact information are below.

Church Council
Church Council oversees the mission, ministry, and administration of the local United Methodist Church, ensuring its programs and resources align with the church's vision and the Charge Conference's guidance. BOD ❡252
Finance
Responsible for overseeing all financial matters of the church, including budgeting, income generation, fund administration, audits, financial policies, and stewardship efforts, ensuring transparency, accountability, and alignment with the church's mission and the council's directives. BOD ❡258.4
Staff Parish Relations
SPRC serves as the liaison between the congregation and its appointed clergy and staff, supporting their well-being, guiding personnel decisions, evaluating ministry effectiveness, and helping align staff leadership with the mission of the church through prayerful, confidential, and theological reflection. Nominations
Nominations and Leadership Development identifies, equips, and supports spiritually-mature leaders for the church's ministries, guiding the congregation in discerning gifts, recruiting inclusive leadership, and recommending officers for the Charge Conference in alignment with the church's mission. Trustees
Responsible for the care, maintenance, legal oversight, and administration of the church's property, assets, and facilities, acting under the authority of the Charge Conference and ensuring all use and investment of resources aligns with church discipline, mission, and social principles. BOD ❡2525
Lay Member of Annual Conference
Serves as the congregation's representative to the wider United Methodist Church, participating in conference sessions, interpreting decisions to the local church, and helping connect the church's mission with the broader vision and ministries of the United Methodist Church.
